"Hi [Name], I hope you're doing well. Please find attached the latest version of [deliverable]. I'd love to get your feedback on the overall layout and the color palette. Feel free to add comments directly in Figma or reply to this email."

"Could you please review the mockups and let me know your thoughts by [date]? I'd especially appreciate your input on the homepage hero section."

"Just a quick heads-up — the attached designs are still a work in progress. I'm looking for directional feedback at this stage, not final approval."

Phrases utiles : "I'd appreciate your thoughts", "Please share your feedback", "Let me know if anything needs adjusting", "I'm open to suggestions".

Envoyer un livrable

Pour envoyer un livrable de manière professionnelle :

"Hi [Name], please find attached the final deliverables for [project]. The package includes: the homepage design (desktop + mobile), the style guide, and all exported assets in SVG and PNG formats."

"Here are the updated designs as discussed during our last call. Key changes: revised color palette, simplified navigation, and new iconography. Let me know if anything needs adjusting."

"I've shared the Figma file with view access. You can leave comments directly on the designs. The link is: [URL]"

Verbes utiles : to deliver, to hand off, to share, to export, to finalize, to submit.

Relancer poliment

"Hi [Name], just checking in to see if you had a chance to review the designs I sent last [day]. No rush at all — just want to make sure they didn't get lost in your inbox!"

"I wanted to follow up on the mockups I shared on [date]. Would love to hear your thoughts when you get a moment."

"Gentle reminder about the design review — we're hoping to finalize by [date] to stay on track with the timeline."

À éviter absolument : "You haven't responded yet" ou "I'm still waiting for your feedback." Trop agressif.

"I have a quick question about the brief. When you mention 'modern and clean', could you share some references or examples that match your vision?"

"Just to make sure I'm on the right track — is the target audience primarily young professionals (25-35) or à broader demographic?"

"Could you clarify the deadline for the first round of designs? I want to make sure I allocate enough time for révisions."

"Before I proceed, I'd like to confirm the deliverables: 3 homepage concepts, 1 mobile version, and a style guide. Is that correct?"

"That's a great idea! However, it falls outside the current scope. I'd be happy to include it as an add-on or in a next phase."

"I understand you'd like to explore more options. The current agreement includes 2 rounds of révisions. Additional rounds would require a separate estimate."

"I appreciate the feedback. To manage the timeline effectively, could we prioritize the top 3 changes?"

"I want to deliver the best possible result. Given the current timeline, I'd recommend focusing on [X] first and addressing [Y] in the next iteration."

Formules d'ouverture et de cloture

Ouvertures : "I hope this email finds you well", "Hope you had a great weekend", "Thanks for getting back to me so quickly", "Following up on our conversation".

Clotures : "Looking forward to hearing your thoughts", "Let me know if you have any questions", "Don't hesitate to reach out", "Happy to jump on a quick call if needed".
